- Depending upon the proprietary nature of your current
software, there are several options available to you. If the
data is accessible, our conversion professionals will
confidentially evaluate the most efficient methods and
provide you with several affordable choices. For a current
list of products converted, please request a product
conversion list from support@mederyx.com or
include the product and version you are on for a specific reply.

Network and Security Infrastructure Services - Whether your computing infrastructure has been in
place for 10 years or 10 weeks, a current evaluation may be
in order to confirm firewall status, open port availability,
and potential security risks especially if your security
program has not been documented.

Installation- On site installation is available, or we can
arrange for shipping to our secure location for installation.

Training
- We currently offer training services in our offices or
yours. Manuals and/or quick start guides are available and
CBT (Computer Based Training) is coming soon.

Ongoing
Support - We
require no ongoing maintenance fees! All support questions
are logged into an online knowledgebase for quick search and
retrieval. Other support requests not answered here will be
billed per incident. Your office will be provided a
substantial number of free incidents during the first 90
days after your live date!
