Remote Support

If Remote Support is required Mederyx personel will ask you to start a TurboMeeting so that our technicans can see your desktop.

Here at Mederyx, we take security seriously. You can be assured that when you are asked to attend a Meeting with us you are NOT comprimising your security in any way.

We use the R-Hub device as our primary connection tool. You can read more about the R-Hub security here.

These are the steps that you will always see as a client asking for remote support:


Help Menu I. Click on the Mederyx Program Help Menu -> Technical Support

Ask To Open Meeting II. Agree to Open a Turbo Meeting

Join Meeting III. Once the Web page has opened, click on JOIN MEETING

MeetingID IV. Enter the Meeting ID and Password that is provided by the Mederyx Technical Support representative. Also, please enter your name for our records.

Security V. Agree to run the Javascript application. You will be able to view the digital signature as well as our IP address here.

Allow Host VI. Select the appropriate option and then click continue.

Turbo Meeting Client VII. The Turbo Meeting Client screen will open. The connection will terminate once the technical support representative closes the meeting or you close this screen.

Once the meeting has been terminated from either end it can not be reestablished without your approval and following these steps.
